My winter wardrobe revolves around the somber color black, which is a sharp contrast to my spring/summer attire of punchy colors, bold prints and feminine florals. When it comes to clothing, I much prefer dressing for warm weather for so many reasons. Once in awhile, I’ll feel a bit guilty with my monochrome looks during the colder climate, and feel inclined to pick up something with color so I don’t go totally stir crazy with drab shades and endless layering.
Such was the case when I laid my eyes on this fun micro mini skirt from Zara. The folkloric embroidery was right on trend, and the vibe felt so much like me, that I knew I had to have it. Paired with all black everything, the floral details pop perfectly, which is exactly what I was aiming for during this bleak season.
