LORAC Front of the Line Waterproof Eyeliner
For me, black eyeliner is a very serious can’t-leave-home-without-it-on matter. Despite the fact that TotalBeauty.com just named this liner as one of their worst picks (ouch!), I have to confess this is one of my fave new products of all time.
