I sourced this navy number by Slate and Willow online on Rent the Runway, and had no idea how it would fit my figure.

I’m 5’5 (almost!), so jumpsuits tend to be too long on me, but this one suited me perfectly. I love the surplice neckline and tapered leg, and I added an eye-catching belt to create some visual interest. The navy shade was classic and cool, so it could easily work in any season.

In a cinch, I felt beyond polished and professional and ready to take on the world.

When I took a twirl in this ensemble, everyone said two words: “Boss Babe!” to me and boy, were they were right.
